Method Book Level 2 continues the approach established in Level 1 while gradually asking more of the student. Scales, chords, rhythm, fretboard knowledge, and music theory are developed step by step and then brought together so students can see how these skills relate to one another. The book expands the Diatonic Scale Five-Shape System, movable chord groups, relative major and natural minor, harmonic rhythm, rhythmic development, chord construction, and transposition from Roman numerals. As the method progresses, students take on more responsibility for locating chord roots, home notes, scale patterns, and chord progressions independently. The final section, Putting It All Together, combines these skills through major and natural-minor progressions, backing tracks, scale practice, and improvisation, helping students move from learning individual concepts toward applying them together as musicians.
